1. Who we are

Salamandra.pro is a web service for natal chart calculations and astrological analysis. Available at https://salamandra.pro.

2. Data we collect

• Account ID from your auth provider (Telegram, Yandex, Google).
• Name and avatar (if provided by provider).
• Email (from provider or your input).
• Birth data: date, time and place — used only to build natal chart.
• Query history — to maintain conversation context and improve your personal answers.
• Partner data (if you add for synastry): name, date, time, city — only on your initiative.
• Technical: IP, User-Agent, URLs — standard server logs.

3. Purpose

• Natal chart calculation and interpretation.
• Horary, election, prognostics analysis.
• Personalizing AI assistant answers to your chart.
• Subscription and pack tracking.
• Anti-abuse protection.

4. Legal basis (GDPR, 152-FZ)

For EU users — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (informed consent given when filling the natal form). For Russian users — Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

5. Storage

• Personal data of Russian-speaking users is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation (Moscow), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
• Access only by service owner; not shared with third parties.
• Retention: until your account is active. After deletion — 90 days for recovery, then full erasure.

6. Third-party processors

For AI assistant answers and interpretations we use large language models (LLMs) — both internal team compute and third-party LLM API providers. The request includes your natal chart in anonymized form (only planetary positions — no name, no birth date, no email). Third-party LLM providers do not receive your personal data.

City geocoding via Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) — only the city name is sent.

No other third-party transfers of personal data.

7. Cookies

• salamandra_session — session cookie for auth (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax).
• sal_tz — your timezone.
• sal_lang — UI language.

No tracking cookies, ad pixels or third-party analytics. Yandex.Metrika is used for anonymous aggregated visit statistics only.

8. Your rights

• Get a copy of your data — write to email, response within 30 days.
• Delete account and all data — via profile settings or email.
• Withdraw consent — equivalent to account deletion.
• Change or correct any data.

9. Security

All requests via HTTPS (TLS 1.3). We don't store passwords (OAuth-only login). Sessions are signed with a secret key.
